Cancellation Policy

To ensure a safe, healing, and restorative experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking your session. 1. Booking & Cancellation Reservation: Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation: I prepare the treatment space and energy specifically for you. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Fees: Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or "No-Shows" will be charged [50% / the full session fee]. 2. Health & Medical History Intake: Please complete the health intake form prior to your first session. Contraindications: For your safety, please inform me before the session if you: Are pregnant or think you might be. Have high blood pressure, heart conditions, or recent surgeries. Have a fever or active infection (please reschedule if you are feeling unwell). Disclaimer: Marma bodywork is a restorative energy practice. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. 3. Preparation for Your Session Meals: It is best to receive Marma therapy on a relatively empty stomach. Please avoid heavy meals for at least 2 hours prior to your appointment. Attire: Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. [Optional: If your technique involves oil on skin, replace this with: "Please be prepared to remove jewelry and wear clothing that you don't mind getting a little oil on."] 4. Punctuality (Especially for Short Sessions) Timing: To respect the flow of the day and other clients, sessions will end at the scheduled time. Short Sessions: For our upcoming 30-minute "Short Sessions," punctuality is vital. If you arrive late, the session will be shortened to fit the remaining time so we do not rush the integration phase. 5. Professional Boundaries This practice is a safe harbor strictly for therapeutic and energetic healing. Any illicit or sexually suggestive behavior will result in immediate termination of the session with full payment due and no future bookings allowed.
