Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy To create a supportive container for your "Flowering" and to honor our time together, please review the following guidelines regarding our sessions. 1. Scheduling & Payment Sessions must be booked and paid for in full at least [24/48] hours in advance to secure your time slot. Payment can be made via [Zelle/PayPal/Stripe/Credit Card]. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling I understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact me at least 24 hours before our scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be responsible for [50% / the full cost] of the session, as I am unable to fill that time slot on short notice. 3. Late Arrivals Our session is a designated time for you. If you are late, we will end at the originally scheduled time to respect the clients following you. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session will be considered a "No-Show" and fully charged. 4. Confidentiality Our sessions are a safe harbor. Everything shared within our coaching relationship is strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law. 5. Disclaimer Please note that while we address life’s difficulties and stuck places, coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical treatment. If you require clinical support, I may recommend seeking a licensed therapist.
